This docudrama chronicles the philosophies and activities of the hardcore bicycle gangs of New York City, as they vow to take back the streets. The bicycle gangs of New York are: Black Label, who ride tall bikes and wear gang colors; The Land Lords, who track bikes and krylon; The Bicycle Cherries, known for their dirty prom dresses and chains; and Denim Venom, who are the rockers.

About the Director(s)
Cheryl Dunn is an artist based in New York’s Financial District. Her installations and photography have shown in galleries and museums in New York, London, Tokyo, and most recently at Track 16 in Santa Monica. Also a professional still photographer, Dunn’s photos have run in publications ranging from Raygun to Vogue. Together with HKM Productons (where she is a director) Dunn has worked on spot campaigns for NYU, Puma, as well as a PSA sponsoring Muhammad Ali’s Parkinsons Foundation.
