About the Director(s)
SARA COLANGELO is a Student Academy Award®-nominated director and Masters candidate in New York University's Graduate Film Program. Colangelo graduated from Brown University with an honors degree in History. After graduating, she was awarded a Fulbright Fellowship and lived in Bologna, Italy, where she studied 1930s and 40s Italian Cinema and began to have a more pointed interest in filmmaking. Colangelo has worked extensively in the music video and commercial industry in New York and is currently writing her first feature film. Un Attimo Di Respiro (A Moment to Breathe) is the winner of NYU's Sara Driver Film production award.
