About the Director(s)
Born in Daejun, Korea, in 1981, Minyoung Shim graduated from the Korean National University of Arts, where she studied film. While there, she managed to produce and direct three ambitious shorts. Shim's first film, The Bicycle, was shot on DV and took viewers on a short but visually exciting ride; the subsequent two, Day Moon and The Fireworks, were shot on 16mm. Walk on a Little More was a Cinefondation selection at the 2005 Cannes Film Festival.
